July 13 Class Reflection

For this blog I decided to utilize one of the resources we learned about in class on Friday.  I wanted to show my thought process of reflecting, and how I linked together the morning and the afternoon sessions.  Also, I really wanted to make sure you guys were exposed to this resource because I think it's so awesome!!

  1. I love how you used the popplet app. It's a great tool to organize thoughts and ideas. I honestly see myself using it in the classroom or having my students use it. I like how it can be adapted to so many subject areas.

  2. You're brilliant. I really liked what you did there. I feel like I can go back to your post to reference what we did that day and know why it was important. Love your creativity. I don't really know if I can say anything else. I shall stand up and applaud.

  3. Thank you for making this. This is a great idea and I'm glad I finally got to see this resource. I've heard others talk about it and I feel like it can be a really valuable tool for students. I also think you have an interesting point when you say that you don't want podcasting to take away from a lesson. I initially wondered about this too, but I think podcasting can be a great tool for student response. I feel like letting students give oral feedback is a great way to involve different types of learners. Some students may prefer to do a podcast rather than a questionnaire, etc.
